Often touted as Sydney & Australia's most liveable suburb in many reports such as Homely, Domain & Real Estate; Lavender Bay is one of the most prized suburbs in Sydney West of the Harbour Bridge.

Lavender Bay residents enjoy an outdoor lifestyle, with a city flavour. There are many phenomenal walks to Greenwich & Wollstonecraft along Barry's Park & Creek. Residents only have a 5 minute commute to North Sydney and 10 minute commute to the CBD.

McMahons Point is mostly compromised of attached and detached dwellings. Some apartments exist, though the best performing places are detached dwellings.

​

The heritage of the suburb can be seen within the railway station, which formerly known as Balls Head Station, is heritage listed.

Median incomes are above $2,500 in Wollstonecraft, and loan values are extremely low with a high outright ownership rate. This is particularly common in houses, largely due to the presence of high end IT, Legal, Healthcare and Finance professionals in the suburb.

Wollstonecraft averages between 8-9% capital growth year on year. Yields sit between 1.8-2.5% and vacancy rates between 2-3%.

Houses in Wollstonecraft are in extreme demand, and rarely come to market. It should be noted that there are some properties that still sit on acre blocks, very rare in a location less than 5km from the CBD.
